En este ensayo se desea determinar la eficacia de los diferentes tratados internacionales firmados por los Estados pertenecientes a las Naciones Unidas (NN.UU), las leyes ratificadas en nuestro país para aplicarlos y las medidas que se han tomado a la fecha para lograr avances en cuanto a la igualdad de la mujer. De igual forma hacer un recuento de como a través de la historia muchas mujeres trabajaron en diferentes épocas para forjar los cambios que hoy en día disfrutamos. Se pretende analizar los avances, dificultades y desafíos que tiene nuestro país en materia de equidad de género, teniendo en cuenta los tratados ratificados por el Estado Colombiano en materia de Derechos Humanos de las mujeres, su normativa interna y las políticas institucionales. También se destacarán los hechos y las principales leyes que ha tenido nuestro país con relación a la mujer. |
