Este trabajo se basó en la creación de una vivienda asistida geriátrica, cuyo modelo de cuidado da cuenta de la mejor forma de atención especializada con alta calidad técnica, humana y física, como parte del proyecto de grado de la especialización en Gerencia Integral de Proyectos de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada. El documento presenta de manera esquemática el proceso y los contenidos del proyecto para la creación de una vivienda asistida; para lo cual se enfocó en tres tipos de estudio: mercado, técnico y financiero; cuyo objetivo es demostrar la viabilidad y factibilidad del mismo. El desarrollo del proyecto demostró que es viable, financieramente robusto y factible dentro nuestro medio y entorno local, la creación de una vivienda asistida geriátrica con una calidad superior a la competencia.

This work was based on the creation of a geriatric assisted housing, which care model accounts for the best form of specialized care with high technical, human and physical quality, as part of the final project of the specialization in Integral Project Management of the Military University Nueva Granada. The document presents in a schematic way the process and the contents of the project for the creation of an assisted housing for which three types of study were conducted: market research, technical research and financial research with the objective of demonstrating its viability and feasibility.
