description El presente ensayo está enfocado a determinar los diferentes riesgos que asume el Estado en general cuando se realiza una contratación directa y con un significado de seguridad nacional que afecta el bienestar de todos los ciudadanos y que por ende tiene una razón de confidencial. Sin duda se han presentado una serie de objeciones que tratan que este tipo de contratación debe de estar sujeta o estandarizada al resto, que como bien es sabido el principio de publicidad permite que cualquier persona tenga acceso a las diferentes disposiciones y temáticas que presentan a fin de ejercer un control directo y así cuidar los intereses tanto personales como generales.
