Todo está a través de una metodología analítica descriptiva y un modelo econométrico; lo permitió tener, una perspectiva más clara de este sector e identificar la gran importancia que tiene por su connotación tradicional, cultural e histórica y establecer que el sector manejado con estándares de crecimiento, capacitación y reconocimiento brindara bases solidad para el desarrollo productivo de la ciudad.
