El Tomate de Árbol ( Cyphomandra Batacea ) es un cultivo que se adapta a las condiciones ecológicas propicias de la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Aspectos generales del tomate de árbol el Tomate de Árbol es una planta arbustiva de tallo semileñoso, de raíces profundas y ramificadas, de la familia de las solanáceas, y originaria de los bosques Andinos. Se ramifica entre los ocho y diez meses de edad, a una altura de 1.80 a 2.40 metros. Sus frutos son ovoides apiculares. |
