En el plan de acción están contempladas las siguientes propuestas: Realizar capacitaciones con el personal del hotel, donde se trataran temas relacionados con la sostenibilidad, sus impactos tanto positivos como negativos. Las técnicas que se implementaran son: Capacitaciones con el personal, explicar a los visitantes cuáles son sus Derechos y Deberes dentro del establecimiento, por medio de Manuales, que se les entregaran cuando pidan la información respectiva (colaboradores, proveedores y clientes)
