Este proyecto se plantea con la finalidad de que La Terraza tenga una nueva estructura de trabajo, creando diferentes estrategias tanto de marketing como de manejo del personal, en el cual se definan y se establezcan las funciones y cargos que se le asignaran a cada empleado con el fin de obtener un óptimo desarrollo de las actividades del restaurante, de igual forma desarrollar capacitaciones para el personal y se preste el apoyo necesario con el fin de lograr mejorar el desempeño dentro del área de trabajo y así se puedan ejercer con mayor eficiencia las tareas designadas, para poder obtener los resultados deseados para el restaurante. |
