Por esto mismo, se plantea crear un espacio que no solo ofrezca los servicios legales que necesitan estos usuarios para resolver su situación, sino también brindarles un refugio de la ciudad y de sus problemas que de tal manera, les permita sanar sus heridas, bien sean de carácter mental, espiritual o física. Esto se ve representado a través de tres objetivos principales, CONECTAR, REUNIR Y SANAR, objetivos que se verán reflejados en los espacios públicos mediante el uso de patios, plazas, jardines y terrazas
