"This study aims to qualitatively investigate the challenges of public-private partnerships for the employability of young people who have been forcibly displaced and / or who are at risk of being recruited by illegal armed groups. The study shows the initial conditions necessary to create an alliance in the automotive sector, the process of identifying allies, the governance structure, as well as the problems and contingencies to overcome to incorporate these young people as employees. The research?s framework is based on a model of inclusive employability.
