Summary: | "This paper is developed in a context where peace issues play a key role in the future of the country.It focuses on issues of educational infrastructure, in which it seeks to explain the prioritization index for investment in educational infrastructure, established in the CONPES 3831, based on factors that determine violence by the armed conflict and that affect Colombian children and adolescents. It seeks to determine the influence of factors such as illiteracy, displacement, the linkage of children to armed conflict, and the incidence index of the armed conflict, on the prioritization index. The previous process is carried out by means of correlations and regressions where it is tried to increase the reliability of the variables, allowing to explain the investment taking into account the situation of the Colombian population." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado. |
