| Summary: | "The present work is carried out in order to understand how the taboo about menstruation works in Bogota in District Schools, applying the concepts of Menstrual Closet, Menstrual Etiquette and Fragmentation of the Individual. Through a fieldwork with the Eleventh grade of two schools, it was sought to intervene the taboo by holding talks with the female students that made them reflect and recognize the state of discrimination that is handled in their different contexts, and then include the men in the debate, to make proposals with the whole group that seek to solve different components of the problem. The project seeks to collect the results of this research, to form an educational workshop called "The Body of the Cycle" aimed at working the aspects that make up the Closet and the Menstrual Etiquette." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado. |
