In this way, the project seeks to solve sleeping, entering the bathroom in a territory of all, the Plaza España, by means of a floor management transforming it to be able to really receive its residents, the street dwellers who they currently consider the square as their home.La necesidad biológica de dormir se ha convertido en un problema de salud pública en las ciudades con respecto a los habitantes de calle. Las políticas de droga limitan excesivamente la ayuda que se puede brindar a dicha población por lo cual, en nuestra país, quedan desprotegidos ante el estado contemplando únicamente la abstinencia como solución.
