La metodología propuesta por el curso de parte de una triada propuesta desde un principio por el profesor. Estos tres elementos, son; la estrategia, la arquitectura y la materialidad. De manera que se pretende evaluar e interpretar el proyecto, pasando por todos los elementos de la composición arquitectónica. Por lo tanto, la estrategia parte del reconocimiento de los tejidos históricos de un tramo de la ciudad que ponen en evidencia algunos problemas de desconexión barrial.
