Evaluación de impactos socioeconómicos generados por el desarrollo de un macroproyecto de vivienda de interés social mediante la incorporación de suelo rural al perímetro urbano aplicado en la ciudad de Popayán, Colombia

The current tools for urban planning and land use used by municipalities and districts in Colombia have recently presented some trouble regarding land qualification for the development of housing projects, generating a price hike in dwelling and poor developments that make no benefit for the community. This situation represents an important challenge for the government entities and the necessity of finding alternatives that allow the land's use modification in an efficient way. This document will propose and analyze the development of a social interest dwelling macro-project that is going to take place in a land recently added to the urban perimeter of a municipality through an exceptional process. This with the intention of supporting the idea of altering the processes that regulate the land use in districts and municipalities, and therefore enabling more efficient housing developments.
