The second part of the project is a textile recycling factory which operates in the basement and first floor of the project, in which it is expected to recycle around 5 tons of fabric per month. The third part of the project is made up of the public space and its shops, where in some shops the fabrics already recycled by the factory will be sold.Este proyecto de uso mixto entre vivienda, comercio e industria se encarga de densificar un lote de tamaño mediano ubicado en el Barrio los andes de Bogotá. Este consta de tres partes, la primera corresponde a vivienda multifamiliar la cual está distribuida en 8 torres dentro de las que se destacan apartamentos de 2 tipos los cuales todos son dúplex. La segunda parte del proyecto es una fábrica de reciclaje textil la cual funciona en el sótano y primer piso del proyecto, en la que se esperan reciclar alrededor de 5 toneladas de tela mensuales.
