During the last decade, the value of information has grown exponentially, since data can reveal many behavioral patterns that can be useful for any industry or study. For this reason, offering a tool that allows to easily present a set of data and find insights about it is very significant. Thusly, Nautilus provides a solution that offers a fulfilling data exploration and visualization experience by combining two libraries called Navio and Voyager. First, Navio is a visualization widget focused in summarizing, exploring and navigating big datasets. In another hand, Voyager is a data exploration tool which show to the user multiple graphs and visualization suggestions which summarize the desired datasets. By combining both libraries, Nautilus is able to filter the datasets and show the selected data in multiple visualizations by using Voyager. The purpose of this document organized in five main stages is to describe, test and analyze the functionalities and advantages offered by Nautilus. First, it will present an investigation of the current state of data visualization techniques and how similar tools have addressed this problem. Then, it will be focused on presenting Nautilus, an application which aims to solve the problem of view, navigate and explore large volumes of data. Next, examples of the usage of Nautilus will be presented in order to showcase how this applications results on a suitable tool to navigate, visualize, explore and summarize big datasets. After this, the proposed solution will be evaluated through usability tests and, therefore, its effectiveness will be verified by users who will determine if the application is suitable for their need, to find relevant insights in big datasets in a straight-forward way. Finally, this research presents results, conclusions and the proposed future work for Nautilus. |

Finally, this research presents results, conclusions and the proposed future work for Nautilus.
