Los KPI se obtuvieron a nivel de proyecto, mientras que los KBI se obtuvieron mediante una encuesta distribuida al personal de la construcción que trabajaba en esos proyectos. En total, analizamos 21 proyectos diferentes en Colombia y obtuvimos respuestas de 134 miembros del personal de la construcción. Observamos que los KPIs relacionados con la calidad, la seguridad y el Porcentaje de Plan Completado (PPC) mostraron una relación con los KBIs relacionados con la motivación, la colaboración, el compromiso, el liderazgo, la comunicación y la proactividad de los interesados. Por otro lado, los KPIs relacionados con el tiempo y el coste no mostraron una relación significativa con los KBIs. Se comprobó que la seguridad se ve muy afectada por la colaboración, el liderazgo y la proactividad; por lo tanto, estos comportamientos son clave a la hora de ejecutar proyectos seguros. En cuanto al indicador de calidad, éste puede estar relacionado con la motivación, el compromiso, el liderazgo y la comunicación. Para futuros trabajos se sugiere investigar si estas mismas relaciones existen en proyectos de construcción realizados en otros países diferentes a Colombia. Así mismo, se pueden evaluar diferentes indicadores de desempeño y, adicionalmente, se puede evaluar si existen diferencias en la relación de KBIs y KPIS entre proyectos que implementan sistemas de planeación tradicionales y proyectos que implementan el Sistema The Last Planner.This study investigates the relationship between project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and worker Key Behavior Indicators (KBIs), such as motivation, commitment, collaboration, communication, leadership, and proactivity. The KPIs were obtained at the project level, while the KBIs were obtained through a survey distributed to construction personnel working in those projects. In total, we analyzed 21 different projects in Colombia and obtained responses from 134 construction personnel.
