By taking spectra samples (the finger print of the stellar objects), one may determine quantum effects and composition of the sample to be analyzed. Through the information inside each spectra we may determine the age of stars -wheather stars have a planetary system or are acompained by other stars (binary systems)-, or if they are the result of the evolution of early supernovas. As you may infer, the application of the study of spectra is astronomical. Throughout my work, I attend to show how to calculate abundance of chemical elements in stars.
