| Summary: | Bogotá's rapid growth without control and the unplanned origin of Rionegro neighborhood have made the inhabitants of the area unaware of the value of the Rionegro Canal, an important water resource. The heart of Rionegro proposes an urban renewal that seeks to improve connections and the quality of public space in the neighborhood, taking as a starting point the recovery of a runoff that has already disappeared.In order to achieve this, the project focuses on a specific point where a flexible housing project is proposed that recognizes the local population and maintains its different virtues while solving the problems of the place. |
