We need to use negative emotions as the human tools they are, of living and experiencing them without social pressure or personal stigmas, of escaping the domestication, conformity and security guaranteed socially by rejecting them." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado."Vivimos en la sociedad de la felicidad efímera, de la euforia perpetuada, de la eterna disponibilidad, donde la más mínima demostración de emotividad negativa es considerada no solo como inapropiada, sino como evidencia de mal carácter. Esta incapacidad de demostrar emociones negativas ha resultado en que se repriman cuando surgen, y a que cuando no podemos esconderlas más cuando hierven y rebosan sin control, no sepamos cómo manejarlas...
