| Summary: | This work analyses some legal developments of the right to cytizen participation on urban planning. The work argues that with an effective participation, there would be satisfied the right to the city, as known as the right to the social production of the space. The work identifies an energy waste on the misunderstanding between civil society and the state becasuse of the incompatibility between techincal and common lenguages. As a solution, the work proposes a metodology for strenghten Civil Society organizations to allow them to build colaborative agreements with the State. |
