Summary: | ARUM is an editorial design project that aims to guide, inform and go along with parents after being notified of a positive diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome in a child. The project was developed around the concept MUNDO INTERIOR which describes and shows how each of the children diagnosed with this syndrome build a place that allows them to move away from the world that disturbs them. This is why in this [inner] world it is where they can be themselves. As a result, as we enter this new world of Asperger's Syndrome, it is possible to understand and guide parents to undertake and understand the unknown. This is how, the main resource of the project is the life and history of Bogotan families who have had to face this situation. Therefore, these families are the ones who allow us to enter, understand and show this world to the parents who just discover it. |
