Son vecinos de la mina artesanal que vierte el mercurio en la quebrada y de la multinacional que va a comprar la mina artesanal; viven junto al alcalde corrupto, al funcionario inoperante, al vecino que vendió el voto y al raspachín de coca que no pudo aspirar al bachillerato.
