Summary: | Colombian fashion is increasingly sought after worldwide. In recent years, many local brands have expanded their market and today offer their products to customers worldwide. However, fashion designers have trouble with their shipments due to a lack of logistics and access to reasonable shipping prices. Tibungo is a startup dedicated to giving access to shipping rates at competitive prices to Colombian fashion designers. Since November 2019, when the company was founded, it has been looking to innovate in the logistics industry to offer a more complete and satisfactory service to its customers and expand and reach more people. This degree work aims to define the company's next step and design the service it intends to offer to its clients.
