Summary: | This work continues with the efforts of the machinery dynamics group to implement a methodology based on Virtual Commissioning to insert Digital Twin technology in production processes. Specifically, in this work was tested a strategy for the production scheduling of a simulation based on Virtual Commissioning technology by implementing an existing and extended Scheduling algorithm. Additionally, modifications are added to make the system a few more complex by adding preference of materials to the process. In the end, was demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed strategy for a more efficient production schedule than producing in the order of job generation. Comparison with other proposed and implemented strategies is left for future work. |
