Se comparan los métodos formales de planificación con los enfoques tradicionales, junto con la evaluación de herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Microsoft Project y TactPlan, para identificar los beneficios y limitaciones de estas metodologías, con base en su impacto en la reducción de costos, la mejora de la calidad y el cumplimiento de los plazos.
