Summary: | The current Project has as purpose to analyze the people perception about the management of educational quality in the degree programs from two universities. The research was developed through a qualitative analysis, starting with a bibliographic review about quality and management topics. The information obtained was used for a serie of inteviews to deans, professors and graduates. They talked about the exercise of quality management on their programs. The methodological instrument mentioned before, was also used to make a resection with the goals proposed by Francisco Cajiao (2014) in the institutional test. It were taken as analysis category for this proyect. The analyzed categories through the information collected showed the first category, the processes monitoring, perceive like a standardized management which limits some purposes.
