Resto plástico dysfunctional is a project due to deformity of matter through the exposure of heat. Experimentation and deterioration converge into one. Each process and test have been fundamental in the development of this project, where I propose the remnant as a result. I think of heat as a transformative source since it is capable of changing any appearance through thermal energy transference. The above is not a conventional concept or lead, but it does build an ideal pretext to recode footprint from irreversible processes. It is a dysfunctional product for I try to suppress usefulness of plastics, in addition to their industrial and pristine appearance with intentional deformities. Moreover, control and chaos coexist in these summing materials, and the imprint of my hand dissipates in the trace left by hot repositories such as iron, dryer, blowtorch. Entropy also plays an important role in this work full of uncertainty. Furthermore, I consider that this chaos is marginal and that my conceptual intentions are directed towards the perception of subtleties in a process of deterioration that is highly frantic, aggressive, and unalterable. |
