Summary:This document presents a critical look at the Colombian design of public policy for access to justice for the territories with the highest incidence of armed groups over time. In accordance with official and academic indicators, it is intended to demonstrate the failures of the standardized model of justice that the State provides for the territories and the need for integrity in the provision of State services to improve the panorama of effective access to justice. It is also intended with this writing, to make visible the consequences of the disconnection between the provision of justice services and the demand for them at the territorial level, which could be one of the reasons for the maintenance of regional violence after the agreement of peace.
