This will be the first step in developing a guide for urban planning for pedestrians based on their stress. Then, the urban planning should increase stress mitigators and reduce stress intensifiers, all derived from users? expectations. What remains of this document is organized as follows: a literature review, the research methodology, results, discussion and finally a conclusionEl propósito de esta investigación es explorar los factores que generan y mitigan el estrés de los peatones en las calles de Bogotá desde un enfoque cualitativo. Esto es útil para definir un concepto de valor, desde la perspectiva de los peatones, que esperan al caminar por las calles. El enfoque da resultados que se relacionan directamente con el primer principio básico de la Gestión LEAN, identificando valor.
