"This project was based on designing a functional product to create an alternative within the labor context, in order to provide comfort to users, through comfort and ergonomics. The aim was to develop a product that could be integrated into office spaces, in order to contribute to the decrease in the rates of absence from work due to the suffering of musculoskeletal injuries, which are caused by bad postures taken by employees. To develop this project, in first instance it was important to understand the behavior of the average clerk, people that have to work eight hours, five days a week and spends most of the day sitting in a work station job that is composed of 3 elements (a chair, a desk and a computer). To achieve the approach to the context and users, several research tools were implemented, this contributed to determine the insights or findings found from the research. Taking into account these findings, I determined the value proposition: A product that allows work wellbeing through comfort for the average clerk". -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.
