It is from the architecture, and not from the infrastructure, how these new centers have to conform, and it can not be any architecture or any program, but one that rekindles the civic spirit and that gives us a territorial and internal orientation, to return to the path lost to the Truth, to the nature of men. The architectural form can be defined as the experience of a limit, as the relationship between inside and outside. The form exists from the moment in which it represents the tension of the interior with respect to the exterior. Involves an act of spatial determination: delimit.Dentro del desierto de la realidad urbanizada, la ciudad tiene que fundarse de nuevo, pues la desorientación del caminante lo exige. Debemos instaurar un centro, o varios, que orbiten alrededor de esta masa anónima para poder construir islas que poco a poco puedan desplegarse haciendo una metástasis cívica, usando estos términos de manera apropiada sin que suene ridículo. Es desde la arquitectura, y no desde la infraestructura, como tienen que conformarse estos nuevos centros, y no puede ser cualquier arquitectura ni cualquier programa, sino uno que reavive el espíritu cívico y que nos dé una orientación territorial e interna, para retomar el camino perdido hacia la Verdad, hacia la naturaleza de los hombres. La forma arquitectónica puede ser definida como la experiencia de un límite, como la relación entre adentro y afuera. La forma existe desde el momento en el que representa la tensión de lo interior con respecto a lo exterior.
