In this project perovskite solar cells with inverted architecture were manufactured for the first time in our research group and the effect of adding graphene to the hole transport layer was studied. Firstly, the entire manufacturing process was optimized to increase efficiencies. To this end, a new method of perovskite-layer deposition was devised, based on solvent engineering, which made it possible to obtain highly uniform films and a record lab efficiency of 3.2%." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado."Es posible que las celdas solares de perovskita puedan sustituir a las tecnologías solares actuales, si se logra resolver algunos problemas principalmente asociados a costos, estabilidad y eficiencia. El grafeno, con sus propiedades electrónicas únicas y bajo costo, es un candidato para resolver algunos de estos retos. En este proyecto se fabricaron celdas solares de perovskita con arquitectura invertida por primera vez en nuestro grupo de investigación y se estudió el efecto de añadir grafeno a la capa conductora de huecos. En una primera parte se optimizó todo el proceso de fabricación para aumentar las eficiencias.
