Description
Summary:"Soon, perovskite solar cells will most likely replace current solar cell technologies, if some problems mainly associated with costs, stability and efficiency are solved. Graphene, with its unique electronic properties and low cost, is a candidate to solve some of these challenges. In this project perovskite solar cells with inverted architecture were manufactured for the first time in our research group and the effect of adding graphene to the hole transport layer was studied. Firstly, the entire manufacturing process was optimized to increase efficiencies. To this end, a new method of perovskite-layer deposition was devised, based on solvent engineering, which made it possible to obtain highly uniform films and a record lab efficiency of 3.2%." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.
