| Summary: | This document is intended to carry out an in-depth analysis on the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan for Peaceful Coexistence and Citizen Security in Bogotá (PICSC). Through the use of the framework of analysis, this paper proposes to identify the treatability studies gives you the PICSC to the problem of crime and violence, and to examine whether this might influence the implementation and results, taking into account external variables. The information sources were official documents, regulations and interviews with experts in the policy. It is concluded that there are weaknesses in the implementation of the PICSC, which is mainly due to the diversity of the behavior and large number of people who end up being part of the target group that is intended to regulate and to the lack of clarity in the relationship and levels of coordination between the entities in charge of the implementation. |
