El proyecto pone en duda las certezas del conocimiento y la idea de veracidad por medio de la construcción de faunas imaginarias. Se formaliza mediante un producto editorial a la manera de fascículos enciclopédicos inventados e incompletos que aparentan objetividad y exactitud. Sus páginas reúnen una serie de grabados, ilustraciones y documentos ficticios que representan y describen la existencia de los animales de un territorio perdido.
