El presente trabajo proyecto de grado se centrará en entender cómo se ha visto impactada la eficiencia operacional por las tecnologías de información. Para esto, se ve todo desde un ámbito global, mediante la literatura, y se compara con el contexto colombiano. Para poder hacer esto, el proyecto va a tener tres grandes instancias: estado del arte, análisis del contexto colombiano y comparación entre las dos instancias expuestas previamente. |
