Summary:The present investigation was carried out in the educational institution The Harmony, of the municipality of Mosquera. The institution did not have the IEP and some of its components were initially developed by the managers, but were not known to the entire educational community. Harmony as an educational institution in general did not have an identity in which all actors were recognized as part of it. The processes were disjointed and unfinished, which did not lead to the achievement of a goal for students, teachers, parents and managers. It is for this reason that the need arose for the participatory configuration of the pedagogical model of EI Harmony, from the knowledge of the context and the point of view of the different actors.
