Description
Summary:"In this article I analize the effect of the human capital agglomerations within the industries in the 13 main cities of Colombia on the real wages of people. Using data from the GEIH in 2008-2014, I study the relationship between the wages and the proportion of people with at least college in each city-industry. In order to correct the endogeinity problem, I construct an Instrumental Variable (IV), that represents the flow of people with college that each industry-city would received if the distribution of educated people would remained constant in time." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.
