Its elevated condition brings a new relation and a new view of the space it occupies and so it is used as a factor of change pretending to create a closer relationship between the habitants and the rivers, the mountains and the ecological habitat".-- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado."El proyecto constituye una búsqueda por resignificar un territorio habitado. Bogotá se ha establecido como una de las manifestaciones humanas más violentas con el territorio a pesar de tener una historia en la que este mismo era considerado un espacio sagrado. Se busca entonces con el proyecto resignificar este espacio aprovechando la oportunidad que presenta el metro de tener una perspectiva distinta del territorio.
