| Summary: | This project is thought as a metropolitan level landmark towards musical culture, appreciation of ecosystems and the symbiotic relationship between science and emotions. Located in Barrios Unidos, in UPZ number 21, the intervention lot lies at the bifurcation of the Arzobispo river and the Rio negro channel, taking 2.5 hectares of private actors, the current prison of the Good Shepherd and the complex residential area Entre Rios, to make a project thought in the community, arts and community outreach in a public space of and for all.
