Summary: | Through my experience as an intern, I have been able to observe that the Centro Nacional de Memoria Histórica contains in its activities some concrete ways of seeing and treating memory, victims, violence and conflict in general. Not surprisingly, since the CNMH is a state institution founded on legal and normative obligations and responsibilities, and is crossed by a specific period of time that determines its behavior, this institution of entry begins to delimit its fields of action and its schemes of approximation to the different memories. From that point begins to arise different concerns such as: what processes of subjectivation of victims of armed conflict result as an effect of the humanitarian government techniques that unfold from the CNMH? Or better, how the subjectivation of the victim or the victimizer is thought from a certain conception of memory (in this case a conception that could be called psychologizing)... |
