Este documento presenta el desarrollo y caracterización de películas poliméricas a base de cáscara de plátano. La investigación se lleva a cabo en dos partes. En la primera parte, se fabricaron películas con diferentes composiciones de harina de cáscara de plátano como fuente de almidón, con el propósito de entender su comportamiento mediante pruebas mecánicas, físicas y químicas. La segunda parte consiste en la fabricación de películas poliméricas a base de cáscara de plátano en mezcla con PLA. En esta etapa, se evaluaron los efectos sobre las propiedades mecánicas, físicas y químicas de las películas al variar las condiciones de composición y procesamiento. |
