| Summary: | This academic article presents the analysis of the instrumental and symbolic effectiveness of the legal principles at the head of the State contained in Law 1098 of 2006. It could be argued that the transformative capacity of legal principles at the head of the State is not guaranteed by the lack of effective instruments for implementation. In this sense, they are emotionally and symbolically charged, creating social representations that legitimize the status quo. |
