We implement network flow and routing models, solved with advanced techniques, to determine solutions for the alternatives. We analyze the alternatives? economic viability through a shadow price analysis. Results show cost-effective ways to provide screening access for vulnerable populations." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado."El acceso a diagnósticos y tratamientos para prevenir y tratar el cáncer cervical es un ejemplo de las desigualdades existentes entre diferentes poblaciones colombianas. Se implementaron modelos de optimización para evaluar la cobertura de exámenes de detección temprana de cáncer cervical en una zona rural de Colombia, y para proponer alternativas de mejora. Se implementaron modelos de optimización con estructura de redes y modelos de ruteo para determinar soluciones para las alternativas propuestas. Se realizó un análisis de sensibilidad para evaluar la viabilidad de las propuestas en términos económicos.
