Tomando como usuarios de investigación a los operarios y al jefe de planta, se tiene como brief el aprovechamiento y potencialización de la actual dinámica de compra de los operarios, en donde ellos toman tanto el rol de fabricantes, como el rol compradores y consumidores de los productos de la fábrica. Se busca que los operarios encuentren motivaciones intrínsecas (ligadas al entendimiento del valor simbólico de los productos) para que, de este modo, puedan tener un balance entre estas motivaciones intrínsecas y sus motivaciones extrínsecas (ligadas a la remuneración). Aquí surge la necesidad de una experiencia, que incluya un escenario como mediador, en la que se genere un reconocimiento de los insumos de conocimiento que guardan los operarios acerca de los atributos, valores e historias de los productos; insumos que pueden ser utilizados por la fábrica para la comercialización y venta externa de sus productos. Adicionalmente, el escenario tiene entre sus objetivos propiciar que los operarios puedan hacer uso de la transversalidad entre sus inteligencias múltiples, para realmente funcionar como un objeto construido por y para ellos. En este orden de ideas, se espera que ellos puedan vivir una experiencia de aprendizaje en donde sientan que son tomados en cuenta, además de tener la posibilidad de visualizar, entender e interiorizar la importancia de su papel en la fabricación de los productos.

Aquí surge la necesidad de una experiencia, que incluya un escenario como mediador, en la que se genere un reconocimiento de los insumos de conocimiento que guardan los operarios acerca de los atributos, valores e historias de los productos; insumos que pueden ser utilizados por la fábrica para la comercialización y venta externa de sus productos. Adicionalmente, el escenario tiene entre sus objetivos propiciar que los operarios puedan hacer uso de la transversalidad entre sus inteligencias múltiples, para realmente funcionar como un objeto construido por y para ellos.
