Description
Summary:The objective of this project is to achieve a concentration of non-traditional uses of the Polo Club, such as offices and commerce and return the residential character to the sector, in order to ensure that such use is once again the predominant one and that those are not repetitive. In addition to the implementation of a basic regulation similar to that of Decree 621 of 2016, the aforementioned uses can be concentrated and controlled in architectural landmarks, such as the one intended to be created with this project, on road axles such as 80th Street and NQS, which in the not too distant future, will become an important part of a development which, along with major projects such as the Bogotá subway, will contribute to an organized and sustainable development that will achieve the objective of controlling non- desired uses, in traditional residential sectors such as the Polo Club district.
