El feminicidio y la identidad de género fluido

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the institution of femicide should be applied when the passive subject of the conduct is a person with a fluid gender identity. For this, it is important to study since the feminicide origin of until its consolidation as a penal institution in Colombia. In the same way, the different uses of violence due to gender prejudice will be evaluated to understand the configuration of violence that punishes femicide. On the other hand, considering that femicide emerged as an institution to protect women, it is pertinent to analyze the tensions regarding female identity. Finally, the type of violence that is sanctioned in femicide will be contrasted with the violence to which people with different identities are generally subjected. To reach these objectives it will propose a methodology of theoretical, jurisprudential and legislative review of gender identity theories, theories on gender violence and femicide.
