Description
Summary:This document presents the development of a project with the objective of creating an action plan to generate entrepreneurial possibilities for Venezuelan migrants. To achieve this, firstly, the context of Venezuelan migrants was studied and the problematic situation regarding the concentration of the Venezuelan migrant population in certain Colombian territories was evaluated and understood. To achieve the purpose of the project, engineering, systemic thinking, the active participation of the different relevant actors of the problematic situation and, as the main pillar, the methodology proposed by Aldana and Reyes (2004) in Dissolve Problems was used. For this, the necessary tools were used to understand the imbroglio, formulate the idealized design, perform obstacle analysis and, as the final objective, design the project, in which the steps to generate the desired transformation are established. When evaluating the above, it was concluded that informality and the lack of a regularization and formalization program is the main reason why Venezuelan migration in Colombia is a problem for the country. For this, a formalization and entrepreneurship system must be created to provide opportunities for personal, social and economic growth to Venezuelan migrants. To achieve this, the creation of real possibilities and opportunities for entrepreneurship and training, must be generated, in order to offer a better quality of life, both for Venezuelan migrants, and for Colombian citizens.
