Determinación de la combinación de temperatura y tiempo que permitan la mayor extracción de tallow para producción biodiesel a partir de sebo de res

Description
Summary:"This study proposes the use of a simpler extraction method that is extraction in solid phase with a forced convection oven for ESCO Isotherm laboratory as a preferred method instead of the Soxhlet method. For this it evaluates the effect of the time (3, 6, 9, 18, 24 and 30 hours) and temperature (60, 90, 120 and 150 ø C) on the removal of triglycerides by solid phase extraction with an oven Convection for ESCO Isotherm laboratory. The extraction rate obtained by solid phase extraction (by oven) was compared with the obtained from the characterization of ethereal extract by the Soxhlet method. Solid phase extraction was performed on all combinations of levels of the factors to be evaluated. A review of the experimental method of ethereal extract determination was performed." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.
